Rainbow Baby Group Sessions

A dear client of mine and I were discussing a possible rainbow baby themed session while she was pregnant with her second baby. I loved the idea of having a session that honored that terrible loss while celebrating and highlighting the life and beauty of all your babies, angel babies, and those precious rainbow babies! For women who know they're pregnant 15-20% of those pregnancies will end in miscarriage. That's so many women. So many families. So much heartache. If I can honor that for you and your family I can't think of a better way to use my talents.

Rainbow Baby : A rainbow baby is a name coined for a healthy baby born after losing a baby due to miscarriage, infant loss, stillbirth, or neonatal death. The name “rainbow baby” comes from the idea of a rainbow appearing in the sky after a storm, or after a dark and turbulent time.

Fast forward a year and I get a message from the same client telling me that she had gathered a group of ladies who were interested in participating. Unfortunately, a few of the original group members had to back out so I posted a few things on facebook looking for someone to fill those spaces to complete our rainbow. I didn't have much of a response so I went to facebook market place and posted in the 28 groups I'm a part of. My inbox was flooded within 5 minutes. I couldn't believe it. I would answer one message and get five more. I could not get caught up. I still have thirty plus messages to get to. If you're one of those people I promise I'll get to you!

Due to such a high demand of these sessions I am opening up my books to as many of these group sessions that it takes to ensure everyone can have their opportunity at participating in this super unique photoshoot. I have time on my books at 6:30pm for the following dates on 7/27, 8/10, 8/18, 8/24-25, 9/1, 9/7-8. To be eligible to participate you must either have a rainbow baby or be currently pregnant. You also must have your own solid dress similar to the rest of your group.

Each group session will be held at Eden or Ault Park (I'll let each group decide) in Cincinnati, Ohio. We will explore our location and take as long as we need to get our photos and to have a memorable experience! No time restraints. This will be a stress free environment! I will also provide smoke grenades and a few other props to each group shoot. I will make sure to capture group photos as well as individual shots of each mama and baby.

Once your photos are finished I will provide each member with a link to their online viewing gallery. You will have a full photo release to the entire gallery which means you will have the ability to download all of your high-resolution images without a watermark. Each group session will average 50-80 images. The group session fee will be $450, but will be divided between each member of your group ($75 per person in a full group of 6)
